1 Is everything in the store on the website?

No, definitely not.

2 How will my order get to me?

Unless otherwise requested, Plum ships 2 Day Priority with delivery confirmation through the U.S. Post Office. Except for a few exceptions (which will be noted on the website) there will be a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 per box. So go ahead and add a little lagniappe—the shipping will be the same.

3 When will my order get to me?

Between three and seven business days, unless you request and we approve a faster means of shipping.

4 I was in the store and saw something but didn’t buy it. Can I still get it?

Sure, e-mail us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call us at 504-897-3388 during business hours. If we still have what you want, we will be happy to ship it to you.

5 I ordered something from you and even though it is awesome, I need to return it. May I?

Yes, we will take returns for internet sales as long as the item is back in the store within 30 days of purchase.
